Compatibility

Supported hardware

Inkora is designed for a small set of tested boards and displays. Using a supported combination keeps installation, battery measurement, display power control and sleep behaviour predictable.

Control boards

The installer detects the board before it initializes the display and stores the hardware identity for the main firmware.

✓ Supported

LaskaKit ESPink ESP32 e-Paper v3.6

LaskaKit ESPink ESP32 e-Paper v3.6. The original Inkora platform with verified display power control, battery measurement and deep sleep.

✓ Supported

Seeed Studio EE05 / XIAO ePaper Display Board with XIAO ESP32-S3 Plus. Board detection and display autodetection are supported. Battery-voltage calibration is board-specific.

Displays

Both supported control boards can use the supported display profiles below. The installer detects the connected panel only after the board is known.

Important

Do not select a display only by its 7.5-inch size. The controller and panel revision matter. Inkora supports the exact profiles listed here; another visually similar e-paper panel may use a different controller or waveform.

Compatibility levels

Supported means the firmware contains a dedicated board/display path. Experimental features are not presented as normal supported behaviour until they have been validated on real hardware.
